WLDE 101.7FM How to Enter the Contest:The “Fun Club Reply” contests will occur at various times throughout the month. To participate in the contest, you will receive an email from WLDE and all the person has to do is reply to the message to be eligible for the prize. If someone is not a “Fun Club” member they can register at www.wlde.com, email-funclub@wlde.com, fax-260-422-5266 or call us with their name, address, phone number, birthday and email address. Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other telephone glitches. All entries must be received by the date stated in the email messages. One entry per person. Eligibility Restrictions:The contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Employees and interns of WLDE, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., other radio station in the Fort Wayne metropolitan area and the members of their families are ineligible to participate or win. Family members are parents, children, spouses, those in spouse-like relationship and siblings (including those in step-and half relationships) and in-laws. Anyone who as been employed or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. in the last 90 days, is not eligible. Only one winner per household per contest. To enter, you must enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number in the on-line entry form. Please, only one Internet per person. Prize:The prizes will vary from email to email. The estimated value of the prizes will range from $25-$100. Prizes are furnished to WLDE in exchange for promotional consideration. All winners must bring valid photo identification when claiming their prize. All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning or before the prize is to expire. The winner must claim their prize at the WLDE studios, 347 West Berry Street, Suite 417, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. If the prize is not claimed within the allotted time, it will be forfeited by the winner and will become the property of WLDE. All winners must sign a receipt of prize form and are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on prizes, if applicable. You must pick up your prize in person, unless you have made other arrangements with WLDE staff members. In the event that a prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and the winner assumes the risk of it’s arrival; alternate winner will not be selected. WLDE is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Selection of Winners:Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final. The winners will be selected randomly from all replies by the time and date specified in the email messages. Winner need not listen/or be present to win. A WLDE staff member will notify the winner within 3 business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days after the prize winner is selected, an alternate winner will not be selected. Conditions:Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent. WLDE, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WLDE Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. These rules are subject to the interpretation of WLDE. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WLDE, and such changes will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of WLDE WLDE is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcements of any prize.
