How to Enter the Contest: The Picture Your Pet web contest will begin on Tuesday, July 1 and end on September 9th. Weekly finalist will be drawn and will put into a random drawing for the grand prize of the Invisible Fence.
To participate in the contest, you must email promotions@wlde.com with your name, phone number and pets name to be eligible. Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other telephone glitches. All entries must be received by WLDE on or before September 9th at 5pm.
Eligibility Restrictions: The contest is open to all WLDE listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the WLDE Listening area. Employees of WLDE, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., Invisible Fence other radio station in the Fort Wayne metropolitan area and the members of their families are ineligible to participate or win. Family members are parents, children, souses, those in spouse-like relationship and siblings (including those in step-and half relationships when living in the same household). Anyone that has worked or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. is not eligible.
Eligible participants can win a WLDE contest only once ever sixty days, since Jan. 1st and a prize valued at $600 or more only once every year.
To enter on-line, you must enter your first name and last name, home telephone number and a valid e-mail address in the email and include a picture of your pet. Please, only one Internet entry per person. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail address.
Prize: The weekly winners will receive a prize valued at approximatley $25.00. The grand prize winner will receive an Invisible Fence valued at approximately $1000.
All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of WLDE, 347 W. Berry St. Ste. 417, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 30 days of the date won. If any prize or prize certificate is forfeited, an alternate winner will not be selected.
Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
Selection of Winners: Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
Weekly winners will be drawn each Monday morning at 9am and posted on wlde.com. The grand prize winner will be drawn and announced on-air on September 10th at 9am and posted on wlde.com.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days after the prize winner is selected, an alternate winner will not be selected.
Conditions: Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.
By participating in the contest, the winner agree to allow their name, voice and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or other compensation.
WLDE, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WLDE Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
These rules are subject to the interpretation of WLDE. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WLDE, and such changes will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.
No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of WLDE.
WLDE is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcements of any prize.
Copies of the written rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WLDE, 347 W. Berry St. Ste. 417, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to WLDE at the address above.
