WLDE-FM Weekend Contest
OFFICIAL RULES
How To Enter:
Beginning at 3:00pm on Friday, September 12, 2008 and continuing through
Saturday, September 13, 2008 101.7 WLDE will be giving you a chance to
become a finalist for a 2 night stay at French Lick Casino and Resort. At random
times during the dates above, when you hear the touch tones, be the 10th
caller at 426-5343 and win! You may only win once during the
weekend. Anyone who has one any prizes from WLDE in weekend contests in
the past 30 days are ineligible.
Eligibility
Restrictions:
Anyone 18 year of age and older can win,
except employees of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and other radio stations in the Fort Wayne metro and their
families. Family is defined as parents, children, in-laws,
spouses, and people in spouse-like relationships, siblings, including
those in half relations where living in the same household and in-laws.
Also, those who have been employed with Sarkes Tarzian.
Only one winner per
household.
Grand Prize:
A 2 night stay at French lick Casino and Resort.
The winners must
claim their prize by coming to the WLDE Studios during regular business
hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. WLDE is located at 347 West Berry
Street, Suite 417, Fort Wayne, IN, 46802. Prizes must be claimed within
30 days of the date won or they will become the property of WLDE. Winner
must sign a receipt of prize form.
Contest prizes are
not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for
cash.
Conditions:
Payment of all
federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.
By participating in
the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice and/or
likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating
to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or
other compensation.
These rules are
subject to the interpretation of WLDE. Any aspect of these rules,
including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater
value, can be changed at the discretion of WLDE, and such changes will
become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.
No purchase is
necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
Failure to comply
with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at
the sole discretion of WLDE.
WLDE is not
responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the
offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcements of
any prize.
Copies of the
written rules are available during regular business hours at the main
studio of WLDE, 347 W. Berry St. Ste. 417, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
