What’s That Thing Rules Fun 101.7 How To Enter: Beginning July 12, 2009, and continuing until further notice, listen to Fun 101.7 to play “What’s That Thing” at approximately 7:45am. The announcer will begin with the 3rd caller at 426-5343 to play. If the caller is able to identify the “Sound or Thing” they’ll be a winner and receive the designated prizes. Prize: Prizes vary each week. Who Can Enter: Anyone 18 years of age or older can play except employees of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., participating sponsors, and other radio stations in the Fort Wayne metro and their families. Family is defined as parents, children, in-laws, spouses, and people in spouse like relationships, siblings , including those in step and half relations where living in the same household. Anyone who has been employed by or interned with Sarkes Tarzian, Inc is also ineligible
How To Claim Prize: All winners must claim prize within 30 days of winning at the WLDE Studios:347 West Berry Street, Suite 600, Fort Wayne, IN, 46802, during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. All winners must sign a receipt of prize form and are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on prizes, if applicable.
Miscellaneous: WLDE disclaims any responsibility for a participant’s inability to complete a telephone call, whether due to a telephone malfunction, busy lines, or otherwise. In case of dispute, the decision of WLDE-FM management shall be final. Copies of these rules may be obtained at the WLDE Studios at the address and times given above.
